GENERAL & CARE
How do I care for my Little Lennel piece?
Merino wool is a premium natural fiber with self-cleaning superpowers. Usually, a fresh breeze outside or a quick spot clean with a damp cloth is all it needs. If it does require a deeper clean, we recommend a gentle hand wash with a dedicated wool detergent.
To make things easy, every order arrives with a hand-drawn Care Card. Beautiful enough to keep on your mantle, and practical enough to guide you through a lifetime of use.
Where is Little Lennel made?
Designed in Germany. Woven in Italy.
Our blankets are woven exclusively for us in small, intentional batches by a family-run mill in Puglia, southern Italy. We use only the finest Tollegno 1900 Harmony Merino wool to bring our hand-drawn illustrations to life.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order arrives gift-ready as standard. Your piece comes tucked inside a reusable cotton dustbag, featuring our logo embroidered in-house at our studio. No extra wrapping needed—whether it’s a gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself, we’ve done the work for you.
Do you sell gift cards?
As we are just beginning our journey, we don’t offer digital gift vouchers quite yet.

RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your choice. If your piece isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To ensure a smooth process, all items must be returned in their original, unused condition and tucked away in their original packaging.
As we focus on mindful production and hand-drawn craftsmanship, we kindly ask you to organize your own return shipping using a tracked service. We cannot accept liability for lost parcels, so tracking is your best friend here. Just drop us a quick note at hello@littlelennel.com so we know your piece is on its way back to us.
Can I exchange my item?
Because our pieces are produced in small, intentional batches in Italy and often sell out quickly, we do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you’ve set your heart on a different color or a different piece, the fastest way to secure it is to return your original item for a refund (within our 14-day window) and simply place a new order for your new favorite. This ensures your chosen piece is reserved just for you before it’s gone.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
Making your Little Lennel purchase should be as seamless as possible. We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways, so you can shop with total peace of mind while we get your hand-drawn pieces ready for their new home.
Will I pay duties & taxes on my order?
To our EU community: no additional import duties or hidden taxes for orders within the European Union. Your Little Lennel piece will arrive at your doorstep without any surprises.
At the moment, we ship exclusively within the EU.
If you are located outside the European Union (e.g., Norway, Switzerland, or worldwide) and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@littlelennel.com. We will do our best to find a personal shipping solution for you.
Need a hand with your order?
If you’re having trouble at checkout, please ensure your billing and shipping addresses match your card details exactly. Often, a quick refresh or switching browsers solves the issue.

ORDER MANAGEMENT
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast to get your hand-drawn pieces on their way to you. Because we usually start preparing your order within 24–48 hours, changes aren't always possible.
If you’ve had a change of heart, please email us immediately at hello@littlelennel.com with your name and order number. We can’t promise, but we’ll always do our very best to help you out.
I can’t find my order confirmation.
It should be waiting for you in your inbox. If it hasn’t popped up yet, take a quick peek at your junk or spam folder—sometimes they like to hide there. Still nothing? Drop us a note at hello@littlelennel.com and we’ll make sure you’re all set.
DELIVERY
When will I receive my delivery?
Good things take a little time. Since we hand-pack every single order with care in our studio, please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your pieces for their journey. Once they’ve left us, delivery within the EU typically takes about 3–5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard across the EU. We believe the experience should be effortless from start to finish, so shipping is on us.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your personal tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you don’t see it within a couple of days, it might be hiding in your junk folder.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
We check every piece by hand before it leaves the studio, but if something isn't right, let us know. Email hello@littlelennel.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll get it sorted.
